This hapé comes from the Huni Kuin Tribe and is a traditional recipe for their people. They are one of the biggest tribes in the state of Acre, Brazil spread over different areas with many communities. This hapé is made with and the ashes of Murici. Murici is anti-inflammatory and is good against infections of the throat and mouth. It is known as warrior hapé because it is a strong medicine and helps to build physical strength.
